Our company formed organically as an increasing number of friends and clients who live overseas began entrusting us with access to their properties in case a situation arose that required local assistance. As long term local residents working in high end customer service we saw the need for a reliable and trustworthy home watch company. After a combined 50 years in the service industry, our attention to detail is unparalleled. We have relationships with a trusted group of local tradesman and service providers that will deliver exceptional care and quality results.

Our goal is to keep our property portfolio relatively small and manageable so that we can offer personalized service with a thorough knowledge of our client's properties and how they like them to be maintained.
